We began as the design team at the leading solar EPC firm in the American Southeast. Under the mentorship of industry veterans with decades of construction experience, we adopted a design philosophy focused on creating highly constructible layouts that minimized O&M risks and kept site supervisors satisfied.

Over time, we noticed a significant gap in the industry: many firms offering early-stage design services ignored construction cycles and real-world constraints. This often led to unrealistic expectations for developers, resulting in late-stage redesigns (handled by us) that inevitably extended project timelines, required PO modifications, and increased costs—for a suboptimal end product missing every original deadline.

Recognizing the industry's need for our proactive approach (and tired of salvaging poorly-conceived designs too late in the process), we made the decision to offer our services directly to developers. Our goal is to eliminate the costly design pitfalls we've encountered far too often.
